I was in need of some flowers on NYE and I didn't realise just how many florists are closed for two weeks after Christmas! Flower Bud & Co came in clutch with being open and having the perfect carnations and extra greenery that were used to decorate a profiterole tower. I'm so thankful and pleased with the assistance from the florist and the cake was beautiful!

I couldn't recommend Krista more!! Flower Bud & Co organised the flowers for our wedding, the flowers were absolutely stunning and I could not have asked for anything more! The colours, arrangement, arbour, re purpose for the reception were all amazing. I just kept looking at them because I loved them so much! Krista was amazing to work with and made the whole process so smooth!

Very friendly & helpful. Cute store. Variety of pre-made arrangements. Lots of cute little gifts for all occasions. Lovely earrings & candles. Plenty of parking out the back. My boyfriend and I will only purchase flowers from here, every single bunch we have received have been absolutely gorgeous and the quality of their flowers are truely unmatched compared to other places in the Wollongong region! The staff here are so incredibly lovely and helpful, delivery is simple and handled with immense care. You can tell the staff here love what they do as it reflects in their work, I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Flowers truly make a space, and FlowerBud & Co absolutely made our wedding. From the beginning, I put full faith in Krista to execute our vision, and she went above and beyond in every way. The arrangements were fresh, beautifully crafted, and beyond anything we could have imagined. FlowerBud & Co handled delivery seamlessly and thoughtfully re-worked the flowers for the reception, which allowed us to save on costs and waste. Our guests took home some flowers and we received so many compliments afterward about the quality and how long they lasted. Excellent - highly recommended. I did not received any further notification post ordering which in my experience with other sites perhaps seemed a little unusual - I did call on the day of delivery just to be sure nothing had been missed but I didn't need to worry. Customer service over the phone was great and a beautiful arrangement that matched the quality of the website photos was delivered within the next hour. Superb, very pleased. Thank you Flower Bud & Co! First class.

I found Flower Bud in online search as I wanted bouquet for my daughter who just got her first baby. As we live in Sydney I rang the shop just to make sure that they will be able to deliver locally. I spoke with Krista and her customer service was fantastic .I have chosen “ Modern spray” arrangement as I wanted a bunch with lot of greenery. We added helium balloon too. Krista also texted me back after the delivery . If she is not the business owner she deserves a pay raise. Thank you for exemplary service and gorgeous flowers 🙏

I had such a lovely experience with flower Bud & Co shop. Not only are their flowers absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged—but their customer service truly went above and beyond. I needed a bouquet early in the morning, and they kindly opened the shop earlier than usual just to accommodate me. That level of care and dedication is so rare and genuinely appreciated. It made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for both gorgeous flowers and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

First time going into Flowerbud and I was totally impressed by the range of flowers and the beautiful displays. On top of this Vanessa who works there was a wealth of knowledge and was so friendly and helpful she even adjusted the contents of the arrangement I bought to accommodate my taste. The recipient absolutely loved them and they were a big smash hit! I thoroughly recommend this florist over all florists in the Wollongong area. Great value, top quality product and friendly professional service … you can’t go wrong!! 🌷
